Anyone that knows me knows how much I adore animals! I have photographed dogs and horses extensively. And it isn’t everyday that I have the great pleasure of working with a Sphynx Cat!
This pretty girl knew how to pose as she relished in her portrait session in my studio. And if you know cats, they are more independent than dogs and horses. So this was a great session to capture this type of image.

This week I had the tremendous pleasure of going to Indianapolis for corporate headshots. I worked for a financial firm, as well as several individuals to capture dynamic images for their social media.

I recently was honored to received some of the highest awards in the state from Professional Photographers of South Carolina for 2019. I received 1st Place Women’s Portrait, 1st Place Men’s Portrait, 1st Place Pet Portrait, and 1st Place Commercial Image. I am still overwhelmed with gratitude to receive these esteemed awards!!!
Because I will enter these in upcoming competitions with Professional Photographers of America (PPA), I need to keep these images under wraps. I don’t want to influence judges if they know my work. Judging must be kept anonymous and my work needs to stand on its own merit.
I can share with you some of my previous award winning images, some of which are published in the prestigious Loan Collection by PPA.
I am passionate about continuing education to improve my art, and incorporate these skills into my client work.
