This is a frequently asked question when I photograph a home for listing on the MLS. And the answer is…it varies from house to house.

Every home has wonderful features that we want to showcase. It may lend itself to close ups and details that will appeal to a variety of potential buyers. And, conversely, a home will probably have some areas that we want to downplay.
